Katie has been a Venture Out participant for the past 2 years. She has taken part in many activities, but none as adventurous as white water rafting which she did at Cardiff’s International White Water Centre.
I began volunteering for Venture Out last November; initially assisting on the weekly Nordic walking and Bute Park walk sessions. Lately I have been able to broaden my experience by getting involved with horse riding sessions and daytrips to Brecon. From the start I have found my experience with Venture Out to be highly rewarding and very enjoyable.
